MINIMUM GRADE: As WTF rules
 
Combat:There must participate male and female teams in all categories.
Poomsae: Adults can participate individual, by couple, freestyle or by trio; children just can participate by individual and Freestyle but not in Senior Category.
 Performances: They can participate just in one category
 
EQUIPMENT
ELECTRONIC DAEDO body protectors will be provided by the organization.
All protectors will be brought by the contestants which is  compulsory (hand protectors and mouth protectors will be, also compulsory)
 
COMPETITION RULES AND SANCTIONS:
As W.T.F. competition rules.
 
Exceptional rule en combat competition, after the first combat both competitors will pass to the next round but changing their place in the draw. That way we will avoid that the best competitors will lose at their first combat due to the chance of the draw.
Children could not fight to the head
 
Exceptional rule  during the adults poomsae competition
-All competitors will do two poomsaes (free election), they will pass to the final the 8 best qualified f, at the final round competitors will do two poomsaes by draw
 
It is compulsory to dress sports clothes and shoes to access to the competition areas.
 
Protests will be made in writing by de delegate of the club to the championship director, an amount of 50 € has to be paid for each protest
 
WEIGHT IN:
As W.T.F. competition rules.


The weight in will be compulsory and will take place at Sport Center on Friday 2nd November 2013 from 13,00 to 20,00 h. Competitors must provide Passport or accreditation. People that, by exception, could not be at the weight in must communicate to the organization in order to do it at a different hour but they won´t change category.

DRAW:
Poomsaes: Draws will be provided on Monday 21st .
Performances: Draws will be provided on Monday 21st .
Will take place at Sport Center by electronic system at the end of weight-in. Delegates with any doubt can go to secretary
  
REFEREES AND DELEGATES MEETING:
It will be one hour before the beginning of each competition: Each Club must provide at least two referees that must be registered at the inscription form.
  
AWARDS:
Individual, there will be medals for the three first places, and there will be two 3rd places.
By teams, there will be three awards by general classification between technical categories and combat categories, gold medal will bring the team 10 points, argent medal 5 points and bronze medal 3 points.
Price-Giving will take place at the sports centre after each activity.

DOCUMENTATION TO SUBMIT: Application forms
-Medical certificate or certificate of de director of the club, taking responsibility that the sportsmen are in good conditions to practice, and that they have sport insurance.
-Proof of payment of the economical fees
-Parents consent for minors.
 
ECONOMICAL CONDITIONS:
Clubs that want to participate must pay a fee of all their competitors. All combat and adults poomsae competitors must pay 10 € as well as all freestyle competitors at:

OTHERS
There will be eight competition areas and there must be a delegate or coach with each competitor. We will try to provide the exactly timetable of each activity so if there is no coach after one minute sice the last call competitors will be eliminated.
 
ACCOMODATION
